Oyo State to distribute relief materials to 90,000 homes

Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde has announced that palliatives will be sent to 90,000 homes identified as poorest of the poor and 30,000 targeted vulnerable households.

The governor who made this known in a press briefing held in Ibadan on Saturday after COVID-19 Task Force meeting also announced relaxation of existing curfew in the state to 7PM-5AM.

The State Secretariat which has been hitherto closed, the Governor announced will be reopened on Monday, 27th of April.

He further stated that Oyo state will take a delivery of 1 million masks from tomorrow and be distributed for free to market men and women, artisans and civil servants.
