* Asks Wike to go back to Law School to read Constitutional Law
Human Rights activist and one of the frontline actors in the ongoing EndSARS protests in Nigeria, Aisha Yusuf, has called out the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) for turning the unit into an armed robbery squad.
The Bring Back Our Girls co-convener said that Nigerians do not feel secured with the Nigerian Police Force and called on the government to get practical with the mouthed reforms.
Yusuf advised the President to personal reach out to the families of all those who are victims of police brutality to underline his seriousness in charting a new course for the Nigerian Police.
She advised the government to take the SARS officers to the North East and North West to fight terrorists and banditry.
On the statement released by Rivers State Government banning any form of protest in the state, she questioned Governor Wike’s legal background, asking him to go back to school to repeat A course on Constitutional Law. She also advised the Nigerian Bar Association to sanction the governor for taking such anti-democratic stance.
