Nantes prepares to sign Moses Simon on permanent basis

French Ligue 1 club, Nantes, has initiated a process that will see it signing Nigerian winger, Moses Simon on a permanent basis.

Completesports.com reports that the French club has activated the €5m buy-out option inserted in the loan agreement by Spanish outfit, Levante.

The 24-year-old joined Nantes on one-year loan deal from Levante last summer and became an instant hit after scoring nine goals and provided eight assists in 30 appearances across all competitions for Christian Gourcuff’s men in the just canceled season.

Gourcuff surprising decided to move the winger to a central striking position, a decision which saw the Super Eagles star became a permanent fixture in the side.
