Manchester City joins Chukwueze chase

The reigning English Premier League champion, Manchester City has joined the clubs lining up to sign Nigerian sensation, Samuel Chukwueze  Spanish Sports Daily AS has reported.

The tabloid reported that the Citizens have been closely monitoring the development of the Nigeria international since he broke into the Villarreal first team.

Pep Guardiola’s side are , however, not the only Premier League club tracking the right winger, with Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool also keen on snapping the Nigerian International for 100 million euros (N46 billion in Nigerian currency) by the Yellow Submarine

The talented player, who is contracted to Villarreal till June 30, 2023, has 68 games under his belt for Villarreal’s first team, scoring 12 goals and setting up 7 others.

    No Nigerian footballer should be encouraged or allowed to play for Manchester city ever again. No matter the price or financial inducement or remuneration. Coming from what happened to the Nigerian world cup winner star Kelechi Iheanacho, no Nigerian or Igbo man should dress up in that racist and talent killer club again. I don’t hate the club, I detest their RACISM. Even the way they treated and discharged Yaya Toure leaves much to be desired
