Ighalo considering Super Eagles return

Loaned Manchester United striker, Odion Ighalo has hinted that he may not have played his last game for the Super Eagles after all.

The former Watford man says he is in regular contact with the Super Eagles coach and hinted he could reverse his decision to end his international career, has reported.

Ighalo was reported as saying that he is ‘thinking’ about returning to the Nigeria national team after announcing his international retirement on the eve of Nigeria’s 3rd Place match victory at 2019 Africa Cup of Nations where he finished as top scorer.

His move to England in January, where he joined the Red Devils on loan from Chinese Super League side Shanghai Shenhua and inspiring performances have seen Nigerian fans calling for his return to the Super Eagles fold.
