“This Ize-Iyamu Assembly that sat in his parlour is a tragicomedy. It is unfortunate that twenty-one years into our contemporary democracy, a set of clowns will go and gather in a private residence purporting, in their dreams, that they are holding a legislative session,” he said.
Seventeen members of Edo State House of Assembly who are loyal to the ousted National Chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Adam’s Oshomole, had on Thursday sat in the sitting an unidentified private location to conduct a legislative proceedings that impeached the Edo Speaker and his Deputy.
