About 10 million people in 1.7 million across the 774 local government areas in the country, including the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), will benefit from the palliatives.

CACOVID’s Administrator, who is also the Chief Executive Officer of Aliko Dangote Foundation (ADF), Mrs. Zouera Youssoufou, said the sharing of the palliatives is meant to assist government in ensuring reduction of suffering among the populace at this trying time.

CACOVID had, since the outbreak in the country, built and donated isolation centres to different states in the country.
